  • Companions: $300 MXN per person

Important times:

  • Team Registration: 7:00 AM

  • Coach/Captains Meeting: 8:00 AM

  • Referees Meeting: 8:30 AM

  • First Matches Kick Off: 9:00 AM

  • Awards + 3rd Half: 5:00 PM

 

  • Team waiver form signed and submitted (download below)

  • One team payment (no individual payments accepted)

  • One lineman per team to assist referees

  • Companion names and shirt sizes

Special Tournament Rates:

  • October 2 & 5, 2025: $1,350 MXN per night (Standard Single or Double)

  • October 3 & 4, 2025: $1,620 MXN per night (Standard Single or Double)

  • Extra person: $400 MXN per night
    (Rates include taxes; meals not included)

  • 10% discount on food and beverage at the hotel restaurant

  • Hospitality table with fruit water or café de olla at check-in

  • Access to hotel amenities: swimming pool, gardens, restaurant, mini golf, billiards, children’s play area, parking, and WiFi
