About San Miguel Rugby Club
San Miguel Rugby Club is a sports and social organization affiliated with the Mexican Rugby Union Federation (FMRU). Established in 2012, it has successfully built a positive reputation. Since its inception, the club has been dedicated to promoting rugby as a sport and upholding its core values.
Throughout its journey, the club has achieved the remarkable feat of sending some of its members to represent the state of Guanajuato and the national-level selection. Additionally, San Miguel has become a host for significant tournaments and sports clinics aimed at fostering the development of young individuals, including children.
M17 League (Ages 15-17): Our M17 league is where young talents are honed into future rugby stars. This league is tailored for boys and girls aged 15 to 17, offering them the perfect platform to develop their rugby skills and gain valuable experience on the field.
M19 League (Ages 17-19): As players progress, they can transition to our M19 league, designed for those aged 17 to 19. This league offers more competitive matches, enabling players to further refine their rugby abilities and play at a higher level.
Women’s Open League (Ages 19+): Our women’s open league is for female players aged 19 and over. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, this league welcomes all skill levels. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of rugby while competing at a high level.
Men’s League (Ages 19+): Our men’s league is for male players aged 19 and over, catering to a wide range of skills and experience. From beginners to seasoned veterans, this league offers a challenging and competitive environment for all players.
